This Privacy Policy describes how Maine Cannabis Coalition Foundation, doing business as United Technologies ("MCC," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites at mainecannabiscoalition.com and mainecannabiscoalition.org (collectively, the "Platform").
MCC operates a compliance and directory platform that provides verified public listings, license-monitoring tools, and networking/communication features for Maine's medical cannabis community. We are not a marketplace and do not sell, facilitate, or process the sale or purchase of cannabis or any cannabis products.

Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Account registration details, including name, email, and password, managed through our authentication provider
- Member application information, including business name, contact details, license documentation, license owner name, utility/KWH records, and related compliance materials
- Reviews and communications you submit
- Inquiry and networking messages sent through the Platform
- Payment information for fees owed directly to MCC, including subscriptions, sponsorships, and event listings
- Automatically collected device, browser, usage, IP address, approximate location, page view, click, cookie, and similar tracking information
Analytics and Tracking Technologies
We use third-party analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the Platform and to measure and improve our outreach. We do not sell your personal information. Approved member profile information is intended to be public. Compliance documents, including licenses and utility records, are used for verification and are not published publicly.

- The public, where you or a member have submitted content intended for public display
- Members, where you submit an inquiry or networking request to them

Payments
Payments collected through the Platform are limited to fees owed directly to MCC, such as membership subscriptions, sponsorships, and event listings. Card statements for these payments will appear under the descriptor "United Technologies." MCC does not process payments for cannabis products and does not facilitate transactions between users and members.
Data Retention, Choices, and Security
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, meet legal and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Compliance documentation may be retained as required for license-monitoring and recordkeeping purposes.
You may access and update your account information, request deletion of your account subject to legal and compliance retention requirements, opt out of non-essential communications, and control cookies and analytics tracking through your browser settings.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children, Changes, and Contact
The Platform is intended for adults who are legally eligible to participate in Maine's medical cannabis program. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
